Cashmere Purchase Guide! A practical guide carefully organized
It is said that 'once you enter cashmere, it is as deep as the sea', but there are still many pitfalls in cashmere
It is said that 'once you enter cashmere, it is as deep as the sea', but there are still many pitfalls in cashmere. So how should you choose a cashmere sweater?
Here is a shopping guide compiled from my years of experience:
PS: Some are hard work and some are personal experiences, for reference only
Brand:
Cashmere is a material that some people say they can touch with their hands, but to be honest, it's difficult for beginners to feel it with their hands. Also, the online saying that it feels like using fire is not very reliable, so beginners should try to buy brands of cashmere, such as Erdos series, Deer King, Zhaowuda cashmere, etc. They basically won't step on lightning;
As for online stores, the quality varies greatly, so it's still necessary to do a strategy before making a purchase.
Yarn:
It is still necessary to choose branded yarns, such as Kangsai Ni, Ordos, Luwang, etc
Weight:
Weight is very important
At the beginning of the pit, everyone said that cashmere is very warm and you don't need to buy thick ones. Around 200g-250g is more practical. After entering the pit, I found out that over 200g is really thin. Because there is heating in the north, lightweight ones can still be managed. In the south, without underfloor heating and air conditioning, it is difficult to withstand, unless you wear a down jacket outside!
If you are a sisters who is afraid of cold and likes to wear overcoats, I personally suggest you buy at least 300g, or even more than 350g. Cashmere sweaters are only sweaters after all if they keep warm
Personal experience: Clothes weighing between 300-400g are easy to wear. They are resistant to freezing outdoors and won't get too hot to remove indoors
