Why do cashmere sweaters of different colors feel different
With the advancement of production technology, there are more and more styles of cashmere sweaters
With the advancement of production technology, there are more and more styles of cashmere sweaters, and the colors of cashmere sweaters are also increasing. However, many brands will find that the texture of cashmere sweaters in different colors is different. What is the reason for this? Let's talk about a cashmere customization factory.
There are two dividing points in the dyeing process of cashmere sweaters. Light colored clothes require 2kg of dye for 100kg of cashmere, while dark colored clothes require approximately 4kg of dye for 100kg of cashmere. This means that the darker the color of cashmere clothes to be dyed, the more dye is needed. For example, for particularly dark colors like black, 10kg of dye is required for 100kg of cashmere. Dyeing cashmere is like painting our house. We usually paint it light once, but after brushing it 10 times, it turns into a dark color. The more times we dye it, the harder it feels. So when using the same velvet, dark clothes must have a slightly worse hand feel than light clothes, not because the raw materials we use are not good. To make dark clothes, we must dye them multiple times, just like how many times we need to brush paint.
