Cashmere is the fluff taken from goats, and the cashmere clothing made from it is deeply loved by consumers. So, what steps do cashmere need to go through from adoption to production? The cashmere factory is here to tell you.

The small layer of fur on the body of cashmere goats that is close to the skin is used by goats to keep warm. When taking it, a special metal comb needs to be used to gently and evenly comb against the fur to collect the raw fur; The second step is preliminary selection, which involves manually removing impurities from the raw fibers that have been used; The third step is selection, where the selected cashmere is carefully selected by professional teachers; The fourth step is to wash the cashmere, which involves a comprehensive cleaning of the selected cashmere;

The fifth step is combing the wool, which involves using a machine to comb the cleaned wool. This step further removes impurities and then smooths out the wool, making the roots of the wool distinct. Repeat this process seven to eight times to obtain a light and snow free wool; The sixth step is strip making, which involves combing loose and lint free fibers into woolen strips, making it easier to use a carding machine to comb them into fine spun yarn strips; The seventh step is dyeing, which is a plant dye that does not damage cashmere fibers, ensuring the natural mellow and soft elasticity of the fibers, giving cashmere a fresh and bright natural color; The eighth step is spinning. 1 gram of cashmere yarn can be spun into 100 meter fine yarn through exquisite spinning; The final step is weaving.
